Hire & Equipment Information

How do I place an Order?

To make an enquiry, please browse through our hire shop products.Click on ENQUIRE NOW to create & send your enquiry. To assist us when responding with a quote please include the HIRE date(s) required your contact details, venue location.

Can I talk to a real person?

Yes! Contact us to discuss all your event decoration requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your request, and if we don’t have it in stock, we may be able to create or make exactly what you’re after. HIRE MANAGER

Do you install all decorations &  equipment?

YES! We provide professional staff and equipment to install and remove all decor and equipment, when ever and where ever as required. Hire Bookings will include all of these costs as described. We offer a 24hr service 7 days a week. Let us know your specific requirements regarding delivery times and installation when making your inquiry.

Where do you deliver to?

We are based in BRISBANE and to deliver to the SUNSHINE & GOLD COAST. We also service The Ipswich & Toowoomba regions. INTERSTATE hire pricing depends on the size & weight of equipment, and whether we use a private contractor or courier service. For smaller items we also offer EXPRESS post for packages under 5kg.

Can I pickup & return to your factory?

Yes! We offer a DRIVEWAY service. Our location is 34 ANNIE St, ROCKLEA. We are open from 9am – 3pm weekdays, with weekend pickups by appointment only. Hires are available for pickup from 10am – 3pm. Returns are due back before 12pm on the date of return. We will need photo identification, a drivers license or passport is acceptable. Payment can be made prior to, or on the day of pickup, we offer EFTPOS, VISA & MASTERCARD facilities onsite. A BOND may be requested pending final hire requirements. 247 reserve the right to refuse or cancel services should any of theses requirements not be met.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Hire Bookings will require payment in FULL prior to, or on the day of pickup. Photo identification and contact details are required for Driveway service. Event hires will require a deposit for confirmation, and FULL payment prior to the hire dates. Additional equipment costs will be invoiced following the hire end date, with the balance to be paid within 7 days. We accept VISA & MASTERCARD direct debit, and provide EFTPOS facilities at the service counter. Sorry, NO cheques accepted. Full terms & conditions accepted once payment is received . Equipment hire can only proceed once payment is processed. Quotes and/or Hire Bookings are only valid for 14 days.

How Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

If things have changed, we understand! If you need to update or cancel your booking, contact us directly. Please note! 48hrs notice is required prior to the event start date. Deposits are non refundable if notice is not is given within the 48hr requested time.
